Autorenporträt
Ashley Vigil-Otero, PsyD, is a psychologist in private practice, an author, and a consultant at the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM). She has trained at Harvard Medical School and Vanderbilt University, and has taught at the University of South Florida. She practices in Florida, where she specializes in compassion-oriented psychotherapy with clients throughout the lifespan. Raised in a multicultural family, she has long-standing interests in cultural humility and diversity in mental health.Christopher Willard, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist, author, and consultant based in Massachusetts. He has spoken in thirty countries, and has presented at two TEDx events. Willard is author and coauthor of twenty books, including Alphabreaths, Growing Up Mindful, and How We Grow Through What We Go Through. His thoughts on mental health have been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, www.mindful.org, www.cnn.com, and elsewhere. He teaches at Harvard Medical School.
