This monograph has improved the set of instruments for diagnosing the consulting projects for enterprises. The mechanism of identifying the influences of the diagnosed consulting projects on the enterprises activities has been established, and it is based on the decomposition of management system, creation of the project influence identifiers on the particular objects and calculation of the integral influence meter. There has been developed the graphic and analytical model of diagnosing the results of consulting projects realization. The method of managing the diagnostics of consulting projects realization results has been improved by the facilities of the spiral model elements implementation. The economic evaluation model of implementing the diagnosed consulting projects has been proposed. The monograph is aimed at the scientific community, leaders, administrators, managers of different levels and other interested parties.
