Autorenporträt
Dan Whalen is the father of Maeve and Nora Whalen. Dan gave Maeve and Nora the idea of working together to write and illustrate a book displaying the importance of sharing. While Maeve and Nora were beginning to play together my wife and I looked for books to help us display the importance of sharing and couldn't find any that we really liked, or that we felt conveyed the importance of sharing appropriately. We decided since this was the case that we should sit down with Maeve and Nora and write and illustrate our own book in hopes that it would create a better relationship between his two daughters. We hope you enjoy it!
