Nikolaos Astras ist ein erfahrener Schifffahrtsexperte im Bereich Crew Management und arbeitet derzeit bei der V.Group als Schiffskoordinator. Nachdem er in 4 verschiedenen Crew-Management-Unternehmen gearbeitet hat, hat er das Vergnügen, seine Masterarbeit zum Thema "Der Mangel an griechischen Seeleuten und seine Auswirkungen auf die Betriebsabteilung griechischer Reedereien" zu veröffentlichen.
