David Malcolm Bennett is an Anglo-Australian speaker and author of twenty books. He is an authority on William and Catherine Booth of The Salvation Army, having edited their letters and written two biographies of General Booth. He is also the author of The Altar Call: Its Origins and Present Usage, his MTh dissertation, and The Origins of Left Behind Eschatology, his PhD dissertation.
