Diana Carter is one of fifteen children born to John and Eunice Williams. She is number twelve with four sisters and two brothers presently living. She is the divorced mother of thee sons and grandmother of twelve. She went to Moses Field Elementary, Butzel Jr. High; and King High schools. Her post educational background consist of Bachelor's in Marketing from Detroit College of Business; Master's in Human Resources from Davenport University; Master's in Management from University of Phoenix; and working towards completing her DBA (Doctoral of Business Administration) at Walden University. Work history includes: secretarial position at Adhesive Systems; Parish Administrator at St. Martha's Episcopal Church; Library Processing Specialist at Cengage Learning/Gale; Client Referrals at Abacus Services Corporation/Michigan Works Joblink Service Center; and Front Desk Coordinator at Caliper Inc./Faurecia Interiors. She performed volunteer work at Lighthouse of Oakland County and Mentorship Program for Teen Girls. While at Cengage Learning she coordinated a company bowling league as part of the company's activities program. Her hobbies includes: reading, writing, and bowling. As part of a reading program she tutors adults and love to visit the library. Her writing career began when her first book in the Broken Promises series Broken Promises: Shattered Dreams was published on April 10, 2014. She hopes to someday own and operate a bowling establishment with her two youngest sons. Her goals for the near future is to promote her books, get her publishing company off the ground (Let's Do This Publishing, LLC), and to become a Best Selling Author.
