Based on a true story Mike, the lovable daydreaming scion of a wealthy German family, meets Regula, a wicked, widowed Swiss seductress. He falls head-over-heels in love with her and becomes fatally enthralled with her. She charms him to create a female messiah who will rid the world of all evil and guide humanity into a world of love and peace. Regula is a member of a secret sisterhood. It recruits, trains, and uses its members to seduce, clean out and kill wealthy men. With these ill-begotten gains, the sisterhood funds its charities. They aim to eradicate female genital mutilation, child marriages, paedophilia, and violence against women. To thwart the unsanctioned creation of a female messiah, the sisterhood drugs Regula to damage her unborn child. A cutting-edge gene therapy clinic in the USA offers to treat the child for a monthly fee of $ 250,000. Only if Regula manages to cash in on Mike's life insurance policies can she afford such a treatment for her daughter. But the sisterhood demands its due. Regula has to accuse and report Mike to the police for incest and rape of their baby daughter. Mike learns that Regula has helped to frame him. His wife's betrayal and the shame of being accused of incest and rape leave Mike no way out of his predicament than to commit suicide. The sisterhood is livid because Regula refuses to hand over Mike's life insurance pay-outs. A seasoned major of the Swiss federal police, his wife, and a freelance consultant help Regula hide from the sisterhood's wrath. Together, they manage to untangle the cunningly woven web of lies, deception and betrayal. The sisterhood's clandestine days end with a breakthrough computer technology: quantum computing. The story is interlaced with real-life events like the changes in Swiss adoption law, same-sex marriage regulations, a medieval sisterhood specialising in the contract killing of wealthy husbands and many more to make the story sound more realistic.
