Dr. Davis is a former public school educator, school system administrator, and higher education professor. She is known as an innovator with a special focus on children from disadvantaged backgrounds and those with special learning needs. She has dedicated her life and built her reputation ensuring that all are provided with the opportunity to reach their full potential. Upon retiring, Dr. Davis continues to learn and teach through her writings focused on inspiring others, especially children. I am a mother, grandmother, school teacher, and a retired elementary school principal. My interest is in our children and assisting them in addressing the challenges that are real to them in their daily young lives. Today it appears that our focus is directed towards challenges that are focused on issues that are of a more adult nature and our children are exposed to too many adult situations. The goal of my writings is to focus on children challenges that encourage them to handle issues that address common problems of our young children.
