Dr.Simin Ghavifekr has been awarded PhD degree from Education Faculty, University Malaya on 2011. Her experience in the fields of Instructional Technology, E-Learning, Educational Management and Systemic Change Management has been documented in various publications. She is currently attached to the Education Faculty,National University of Malaysia.
