Linley Fourie (1988 -) born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, to an English father and Afrikaans mother, grew up on a farm outside Uitenhage, and later led the schools in the Uitenhage and Dispatch districts as the Junior Mayor, and moved to Bloemfontein in 2007. In 2009, she won two prestigious university awards for exemplary service to Hostel Life, and was attributed with the title: Lady of the Year. Her second degree was a specialization in Child Development and has worked at the University of the Free State ever since. Her and her husband are parents to two baby leopard-shell tortoises.
