Born in Birmingham, Zaheda spent the early part of her childhood testing her limits on the climbing frame in the park and pottering around with her uncle at his very own garden centre. It was here that her imagination blossomed during the quiet periods between customers. Zaheda told her parents that one day she would write books for youngsters that would make bedtime magical. Years later, she now lives in Leeds with her husband and two beautiful children. She is a dentist by day, reader of bedtime stories to her little ones by night. The latter has reignited her passion to become a children's author. This is her first endeavour in the wonderful world of storytelling.
