The foreign television soap opera, for about a decade, has become a recurrent phenomenon in Haiti, especially in the big cities. Despite their daily presence on Haitian television, no study has yet been conducted to see their impact on the behavior of the Haitian population, especially on the sexual behavior of adolescents. It is for this reason that we have produced this work.Through this book, we have created a scientific and intellectual reflection on a recurrent phenomenon in Haitian society that has not been discussed much. It is formulated as "the influence of television soap operas on the sexual behavior of adolescents".This study was also carried out in order to draw people's attention to this phenomenon, but also to keep it with a scientific posture. This book is for everyone who wants to understand the impact of television soap operas on the sexual behavior of adolescents.

Leoner Durosier, co-founder of the Cercle de Réflexion Intégré et Communautaire (CRICO), psychologist at the Maison Haïtienne de Psychologie (Mahpsy) and at the Frandor Clinic, master's degree in social psychology (Université d'Etat d'Haiti), bachelor's degree in psychology, and a diploma in journalism, is a native of Poste-Métier / Northwest Haiti.
