Sus intereses de investigación incluyen la fenomenología de la violencia, la sociología del conflicto, la sociología de la cultura y la vida espiritual, la sociología de la personalidad. Es autor de las monografías "Violencia Social: Fenómeno, Problema" (2001), "El Mundo Bush" (2008).
