BUHENDWA Wendo Victor è nato a Bukavu il 30 giugno 1956. Dopo gli studi secondari a Bukavu, si è laureato in psicologia del lavoro a Kisangani prima di conseguire una laurea singola in scienze del lavoro all'UCL e un master in psicologia clinica all'UEA di Bukavu.
