David Lloyd Owen runs Envisager, a consultancy firm that advises companies, financiers, and governments about water policy, finance, environmental regulation, the role of the private sector in service provision, and corporate strategy. He is a member of the advisory board for the Pictet Funds Water Fund and an ambassador for Pump Aid, and is the author of Pinsent Masons Water Yearbook and a columnist for Global Water Intelligence .
