Jake is an award winning Irish mixologist who now lives in San Pancho, Mexico with his father. He travels Mexico writing for a travel site and tours distilleries and wineries to grow his knowledge of Mexican spirits. Jake is intrigued with agave based spirits and the fruits of Mexico that complement the classic cocktails.
