Dr. Rimaletta Ray is a scholar and a college professor of Psycholinguistics originally from Riga, Latvia. She has earned her doctorate in the Academy of Sciences, Brain Institute in Moscow. Dr. Ray as an ardent follower of a great Russian psycholinguist Leo Vygotsky. She believes that education should be inseparable with inspiration, self-education, and personality development.
