This publication presents the status and determinants of child malnutrition in Boset Woreda of Oromia Region, Ethiopia. It assesses the current status of child malnutrition and explores the demographic, socioeconomic, and geographic factors that contribute to child malnutrition in the area. Shimelis Gebre was born in Arsi, Ethiopia, on January 13, 1977. He studied Sociology between 1996 and 2000 at Addis Ababa University. He received a B.A. in Sociology from Addis Ababa University in July 2000, and a M.A. in Population and Socioeconomic Development Planning from Adama Science and Technology University in Mar 2015.
