Autorenporträt
Michael Rouse is well known locally as an author of historical and cultural works about Ely, not to mention for his long service as a member of both East Cambridgeshire District Council and the City of Ely Council. Michael edited the official guide to the city of Ely for some 20 years, and has written numerous articles for magazines. He is also a founder member of the Ely Society. In 2010 the Cambridgeshire Association for Local History honored him with a Dedicated Service Award for "Long and Dedicated Service in the Field of Local History in Cambridgeshire." He lives in Ely.
