Autorenporträt
Lea Sullivan is a Christian Author, Public Speaker, Bible Teacher, Ministry Fundraiser and Designer for Project Studio LLC. Lea's Ministry includes speaking to women's groups about the healing, hope and freedom that she has experienced through the power found in God's Word.Lea's own life has not been free from pain. Having dealt with alcoholism, abuse and dysfunction in her own childhood home; Lea is able to see others who are hurting with the same compassion that God has shown to her. Lea has been down a few wrong paths in her life; but she knows that only God's Grace could have brought her to where she is today. God is using her difficult life experiences and her understanding of suffering to relate to others who are hurting. Lea is not afraid to share her own story of brokenness. Being transparent has opened the doors of understanding and healing. Lea's childhood could have held her in bondage but God worked in the midst of her pain and suffering to impact the lives of others. In her book, 'The Story of the Promise Box', she explains how honesty and humility about our hurts and brokenness can help us to fully experience God's grace and His plan and purpose for our suffering. She encourages readers not to try to escape from their brokenness; but instead, to walk with Jesus right into the eye of the storm; clinging to the Gospel that saves, restores and redeem us as believers. Lea's book and lectures are uplifting reminders to Christian's everywhere to seek God's strength, power and healing and deeper purpose as they face trials by daily meditation on God's Word. Her favorite meditation is from Genesis 50:20-"You intended it to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives."
