Shaffiate kaz ishmael, was born in the island of Trinidad and Tobago and have been living in New York since 1989. this is the first book that he has published, this book is a combination of the many different styles of poems that represents every aspect of our lives, life is made up of many different emotions that every one of us experience. Some people are sad and some are happy, some people will cry and some will feel helpless, some will be lucky to be born with a silver spoon, this is life and we all will have our days to be happy to be sad and be hopeless and to be hopeful. The rain doesn't fall in one place forever .one day there must be a change of weather. And the tears that you cry today, will fade when the sun shines on your tomorrow, shaffiate poems relates to everyone who reads them. Some are funny and some are sad. Some is about love and some tells the truth about the state of world today, shaffiate Kaz ishmael has written over 850 poems and continues to write every day, he also likes to write some of his poems in his native local Trinidadian slang language. Kaz likes to write about his beautiful home country of Trinidad and Tobago and in this book there's a combination of poems that tells stories from all sides of life. This book dedicated to his Late father Shaffick Ishmael, his late grandmother Saliman Ramlal, his mother Batoolan ishmael, his son Kristian ishmael and the ishmael family and his faithful readers who supported his poems throughout the years.
