Now having survived a car accident that should have been fatal, Tori is left to deal with the aftermath of her actions and her own internal battle in a whole new way: St. Vincent's Mental Hospital. Terrified and alone, Tori hates the idea of being here but will come to see that she may not actually be as alone as she thinks once she meets her fellow ward members. Through her feelings, writings, and dreams, Tori tries to put together the broken pieces of her life to build a healthy mind. Between therapies, medications, her peers, and her inner demons, will Tori be able to figure out what it truly means to be happy?
