J.J. Alo is a commercial actor, writer, and author of A SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND HORROR. ¿As a lover of the macabre, J.J. has spent several years writing award-winning horror screenplays and novels creating his Horror anthology series notoriously laden with inherently flawed, complex characters and antiheroes. ¿THE STREET BETWEEN THE PINES has been awarded the President's Book Award medal for the Florida Authors & Publishers Association and has placed FINALIST in two novel competitions: Chanticleer Intl Book Awards Competitions, and the Killer Nashville Claymore Award Competition. STREET is featured in the January 2024 issue of Kirkus Reviews magazine and has received critical appraise from several editorial publications.
