Her work analyses fundamental rights, the modern family and democratic citizenship from a gender perspective. Ruth Rubio-Marín, Ph.D (1997) at the European University Institute (Florence, Italy) holds a Chair in Constitutional and Public Comparative Law at the EUI, Italy. Her areas of interests include gender and constitutional law, migration, citizenship, language rights and transitional justice.
