About the Author My name is Kelsey and here is my story. Years ago, I was very overweight from eating way too much sugar. I was always tired and had no energy to play with my friends. I was eating way too much junk food, sitting on the couch too much and not getting enough sleep. I was sick from making bad health choices. My doctor told me that if I didn't start eating healthier foods my heart was going to become even more sick. I did not want to be sick. I wanted to be healthy and play outside with my friends. So one day, I woke up and started making healthy food choices. I started eating my fruits and veggies and limiting my sugar. I started being active, sleeping better, and feeling my feelings. I began to have energy and I was able to play outside with my friends again. I started to make good food choices, and every day I started to become healthier. I went from being sick to being healthy. I want to help people become healthy and prevent them from getting sick, so they can live their best lives. Thank you for reading my story. More information can be found on my webpage.
