Clement Aloyce Kihiyo é um padre católico da diocese de Tanga, na Tanzânia, nascido em 1976. É doutorado em Teologia Católica. Estudou na CUEA-Nairobi, Universidade de St. Anselm-Roma, e Universidade de Innsbruck Áustria. Ensina Liturgia e Latim em Seminário Maior -Tanzânia desde 2011. Trabalha agora como Vigário na Silícia-Áustria.
