The Christian Religion was a seed chosen to bring everyone under the same tree. Look and the Holidays we still celebrate to this day like Easter and Christmas. We see bunnies, decorative eggs, gift giving, December 25th, decorated trees, and use of the mistletoe. One only needs to look into the origins of these traditions and see the so-called pagan beginnings. The pagan origins of Christian holidays are widely known but what is less known are the pagan origins of the biblical text itself.
