Michael Rerick lives and teaches in Portland, OR. Work recently appears or is forthcoming at Angel City Review, Barzakh, Futures Trading, Horse Less Review, Matter, Ping Pong, Rivet Journal, Potluck Magazine, Switchback, S/Word, Tarpaulin Sky, Waccamaw, and Zoomoozophone. He is also the author of In Ways Impossible to Fold, morefrom, The Kingdom of Blizzards, and X-Ray. He a graduate from Loyola University, New Orleans (BA), University of Arizona (MFA), and University of Cincinnati (PhD). Working in the arts and community, he has also spent much time in the dish pit of many restaurants.
