The present study is a self-analysis of the aspects that outlined my teaching formation in Music in a federal educational institution. The research aims to analyze the agent's trajectory seeking to unveil such aspects. It is an autobiographical procedure that describes the transformations that occurred in my trajectory, considering family, social, cultural and musical aspects that influenced, to a great extent, the decisions that directed me in the function of violin teacher at the Federal University of Cariri (UFCA).
