He also volunteers as the Chief Financial Officer for a non-profit organization that mentors students. Ensuring the students graduate from college is one of its focus points. In a different focus, they mentor foster youth who are exiting the program. Maxwell is Treasurer for the American Legion Riders Group, a 32nd Degree Twice Past Master Mason, and an active Deacon at Mt. Erie Baptist Church in San Diego, California. A resident of San Diego, CA for 43 years, Allen runs Omni2Max, a defense contractor, and has been happily married to his wife, Diane for 36 years.
