Autorenporträt
James Hadfield-Hyde was born in England in 1949. He was privately educated at boarding school, and then went on to finish his education in the United States of America. He became a Conservative political activist as early as 1970, when he campaigned alongside Anthony Barber MP, the then Chancellor of the Exchequer. He remained a highly active supporter of the Conservative Party until 2012, when he joined the United Kingdom Independence Party in defiance of Prime Minister, David Cameron's stance on Europe. As a dedicated Brexiteer, he toured the country giving speeches and participating in public debates. Although now retired, and living mostly abroad, during his long career, he has been a property developer, a dealer in fine arts and antiques, a television broadcaster, an advertising agency writer, an award winning playwright, an inventor, a factory owner, an author, and an Ostrich farmer.
