The Tale (Tail?) of MK by Diane Farnum is a mostly non-fictional book written from two perspectives…a personal experience with a feral cat told by the author, and a fiction view as told by Miss Kitty (MK). Throughout, it is kept light yet informative, giving the reader some knowledge about feral cats, about cats in general, and especially about cat relationships with humans…well, these humans, anyway.

Autorenporträt
Diane Farnum lives in Westhampton Beach, NY, with her husband Bill, and of course, Miss Kitty (aka MK). She taught elementary school for 33 years in the Sachem Central School District. She and Bill are both retired, and loving it! She enjoys spending time with their grandson Jaxson, and also relaxing at the beach, traveling, cooking, having parties, reading, and she can almost always be found making lists in her free time. (Lists for ANYTHING! Chores, shopping, projects, lists for what she needs to list! Crazy!) As far as the main character in this story goes, Miss Kitty has been and will always be a very special part of their lives. She keeps them laughing, and always brings sweetness and love to their days
