Brazil, a country of continental dimensions. The clashes of social development encompass the text from the perspective of the Law. The Executive, Legislative and Judiciary Branches come together and often fight each other over public policies aimed at the egalitarian growth of this nation. And the business community, eager for new opportunities, is at the center of this work. How is it possible to conceive of profit and social justice within the member states without affecting the very unity advocated by the Federative Pact? It is in this relationship between the public and private sectors that some of the possibilities and challenges of the still incipient Federal Constitution of 88 are outlined.
