Obadiah with only twenty-one verses has the distinction of being the shortest in the Hebrew Scriptures. However the questions it raises are in inverse proportion to its length. Reading it holistically and not atomistically continues to be one of its major issues. My research proposes a fresh persuasive approach in reading it holistically.
