Liu Taixiang, was born in Laiwu City of Shandong Province, China. After graduation from university in 1992, he works in automation engineering technology for Laiwu Steel Group. And in 2002 the professional title of Senior Engineer was conferred on him. In November 2010 he published The Theory of System Relativity (1st edition).
