Vital Nshimirimana è un avvocato e leader della società civile burundese. Dopo aver prestato servizio per oltre 8 anni nella magistratura burundese, nel 2013 è stato chiamato all'ordine degli avvocati del Burundi. È uno dei leader della società civile che dal 2015 ha assunto la guida della difesa della legalità costituzionale.
