Pauline was born the oldest of 8 children, in Norton Village in the town of Stockton-on-Tees, England. Pauline has loved writing since her very first essay. Pauline has had a wide and varied experience of life. She has lived in Hong Kong, Germany, and now resides in California, USA. Pauline is a keen observer of people and the lives of ordinary families in each place she has lived. Pauline's education included a Secondary Modern school, Technical colleges, and Community colleges, as well as an education of life. She was an air force wife in the RAF, a single mother working as a cook in Germany, and now as a married woman in a blended family of 5 children. Pauline has always been a keen reader, and writer, preferring to read about people and their lives, and writing about real life.
