Autorenporträt
Melanie Ann Vance is a just an ordinary woman born in the UK, a nurse, housing officer and magistrate. In her 40s she moved to Australia and during this cathartic process which saw many things change, including her marriage, she discovered her ability with rhyme. Stepping outside her normal environment out of her time if you like she began to write. She uses the writing of poetry to understand herself and to heal, and so the time travelling poet was born. She now lives with her dog, Arthur (her Golden Shadow), in deepest darkest Dorset and continues to document life with verse.
