Starting from this general objective, the text is structured around two axes of investigation: a first, which is formed around the discourses that accompany the launch of the timeline - which gives the Facebook interface a "narrative" character - seeking to understand the conditions under which a relationship between the Facebook interface and narrative cultural forms can be established; a second, which advances on the modes of self-representation carried out through the use of the Facebook timeline, leading to a reflection on the role of digital media in the processes of subjectivity production today.
