He has published widely on leadership, including articles in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, and Fast Company. A former biologist, Craig has held technical positions at National Starch and Chemical Company and Glidden Corporation and was a faculty member at Wake Forest University. He holds a bachelor's degree from MacMurray College and a master's from the University of Vermont.
