The objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of precooked sacha inchi cake (TSIP) at different levels of the chicken ration on the blood biochemical profile, zootechnical performance, relative organ weight and liver histology. For this purpose, 150 chickens (75 females and 75 males) of 2 days of age (SD), from the Cobb 500 line, were used, which were divided into 3 groups (T1, T2 and T3). T1 was fed 0%, T2 7% and T3 14% TSIP. The blood samples were obtained from the jugular vein at 2 SD and the alar vein at 12, 21 and 48 SD; the statistical design used was the DCA with 3x3+1 factorial arrangement.…mehr
