Dealing with the constitutional state is gratifying, but at the time of preparing the subject it seems correct to link it to the legislative perspective in accordance with the following problem: Can the Mexican state adapt to a level where its constitution is fair, is configured according to recently formed parameters, achieves its aims, satisfies its needs, inspires confidence, and tends towards ever better development, from a legislative origin?
