A depression era baby was born in the early 1930's in Weatherford, Oklahoma. He attended grade school in Oklahoma City and the carefree days of summer on the farm in Hammon, Oklahoma. His family moved to Bakersfield, California when he was ten where he now lives with his dog, a grey male hybrid wolf. Since he's into writing books, Kelsie now lives on the Central Coast of California.
