The book contains recipes of three different diets (vegetarian, vegan and raw food) and a menu for one week where the diets are combined. For each day the macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins) were calculated to guarantee a balanced nutrition. The recipes are not complicated for anyone who wants to start a different diet which is animal friendly.
