She received advanced training in psychotherapy from New York University's Post Doctoral Institute and her MSW and PhD from New York University and the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists.Dr. Frons is certified by AASECT, the American Association of Sex Therapists, Educators, Counselors and Therapists, and is an active member of the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals, the Society for Sex Therapy and Research, and the National Association of Social Workers.She is trained in Ericksonian hypnosis and Imago relationship therapy.
