Ana Loewen was given the Cree name Wahpi Maskwasis in a naming ceremony, which translates to Little White Bear or, as she prefers, Starbear Woman. She identifies with that second name as much as her birth name, as she has undergone various shamanic initiations and challenging soul lessons that have brought her to who she is now, which is the most authentic version of herself that came here to shine out to the world.Over the years she has dabbled in many things and worn many hats (as an ADHD Jill-of-all-trades with an unquenchable thirst to learn new skills and information): composer, accompanist, world traveller, teacher, administrator, mentor, writer, interpreter, dancer, actor, artist, whistleblower, and nature lover. She is also a sound and energy healer, intuitive tarot and oracle reader, shamanic practitioner and spiritual mentor, assisting others with shamanic journeying and soul retrievals, and getting in touch with one's own intuition.She is the mother of three beautiful, gifted, intelligent and mind-blowingly intuitive starbear cubs (children) and currently lives in Canada.
