Lance T. Weil, Esq. practiced trial and appellate law for twenty-five years in Silicon Valley. He was the 1986 Democratic nominee to the 12th Congressional District in the State of California. He received his B.A. in political science from the University of California at San Diego. He is a cum laude graduate.
