Tetranychid mites are dangerous pests they cause high economic losses in crops. The two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae (Koch), is one of the major pests attacking several crops such as field crops, vegetables, fruit trees, and ornamental plants. Biological control methods have become more essential like predators, parasites, fungi or bacteria, plant extract and nanoparticles can be used for management of mites and is considered one of the best alternates to chemical pesticides for plant crop protection from harmful arthropods.
