Has anything crappy ever happened to you or a loved one? Have you felt crappy or had crappy thoughts? Then this is the book for you! Enjoy reading "Crap Happens Philosophy -the Ultimate Guide to Hope and Healing in a Crap-Filled World" with over 500 people quoted. Mr. Rogers said, "anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable." Dr. Dan Siegel said, "Name it to tame it." I hope this book helps many find the words to name their crap to face it, deal with it, heal from it and help prevent it. This book is a suicide prevention outreach. First Reviews: "This book can help many people to learn how to deal with hard things in their lives. The concepts shared help the reader to gain insight about how to become emotionally healthy instead of suppressing emotions or compensating for suffering in unhealthy ways. Ultimately the goal is to prevent suicide and deaths of despair." - Mary Ellen Bem "This is more than a book about mental health. It's a daily devotional for those whom nothing else has worked. They can pick it up and find something new to inspire themselves each and every time." - Graham Dodge, author of "The Entrepreneur's Dance" Version Updated 2.18.2023. The idea of Crap Happens Philosophy started in 1998 and the first printed version in 2014.
