Steve M. Cohen, Ed.D., partner and President of Labor Management Advisory Group, Inc. (LMAG) and HR Solutions On-Call, LLC specializes in human resources management and organizational design consulting. His experience is both wide and deep, but his expertise in the following were especially valuable in the creation of this book: crisis prevention, mediation, human resources and communication systems. In addition, his 25 years of management training and consulting provide parent aides with organizational tools they need in their profession. Experienced and skilled in all areas of training, he designed the educational and organizational structure of the book to be specific to the needs of parent aides. The goal is that this publication and his partnership with The National Association of Parent Aides and Parent Aide Providers combine to assist parent aides in reaching the success they are capable of and deserve.
